Annaliese Furnas is a professional personal coach, speaker, trainer, and author. In addition to her work with numerous individuals, she has worked with The Practical Solutions Group and with corporations such as Fujitsu, Williams-Sonoma, Lee Hecht Harrison, and the San Mateo Police Department. Ms. Furnas writes articles for the Women's Connection Online and hosts their "Achieving Your Goals" forum. She is an active member of the National Speakers Association, the International Coach Federation, and the American Society for Training and Development. She also serves on the Board of the ECF Forum, an affiliation of the National Association of Female Executives.

Annaliese has always worked with people to help them make positive changes in their lives. She worked as a senior executive in Operations, Purchasing, and Administration in the high technology field for over a decade before turning her dream of starting her own business into a reality. Now Annaliese strives to help others define their goals and realize their dreams so they can lead the fulfilling lives they deserve.

Ms. Furnas holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and has over a decade of experience in business, management, and training. She received her training as a coach at the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California.
